As we come to the end of the year, and time seems to speed up, it seems more crucial than ever to take a moment to breathe, soak in the sun shining through your dusty windshield as you drive to work, or notice the little synchronicities that happen, reminding you that there is a lot more to life than getting things done.
I have found that the more responsibilities you have - in your personal life and professional life, it seems increasingly more difficult to not only practice gratitude, but taking a moment to write down what you are grateful for.
It brings me to ask myself, why do we need to be grateful? Other than it's an instant way to put things in perspective, or bring a little moment of joy, gratitude is a deeply powerful practice that allows us to open ourselves up to the abundance, support, and resourceful energy available to us to heal, thrive, and transform.
In the next 2 weeks, I am going to join the Gratitude Challenge going around on Facebook, and would like to see if you would join me!
This is a great chance to bring the fun back into Gratitude Journaling, and creating those magical moments in our lives when we feel 'off-track' or disconnected from our Selves. These are the moments where Gratitude helps us reconnect with the wonder and beauty around us, and within us, and instantly allows us to be connect again.
To get started, share what you're grateful for, and let the abundance, healing, and transformation begin!
